We had planned, checked and double checked on the layout for the new 2nd floor. Seems no matter what things change.
- Where we were going to have a walk-in closet we felt that it took up too much room in the master bedroom.
- Where we were going to have a computer room and spare bedroom we felt that the rooms would be too small and left it as one larger room allowing for a seating area overlooking the ocean.
- There was an issue with a door opening and window layout that needed changing.
- The Master bedroom had a standard opening that we changed for a set of double doors.
- An angle wall needed to be moved as it took up too much space in a hallway area.
- We were going to have 2 doors in to the bathroom but felt there was no room for this.
